Prepare for Staging Day

Depends on the condition of the property, preparation work may involve:

• Packing and De-Cluttering
• Cleaning
• Junk removal
• Handyman Service (e.g. minor repair, wall touch-up, window covering and lighting installation)
• Renovation Service (e.g. flooring, moulding and potlight installation)

Showcasing

On staging day, all or some of the following may happen:

• Rearrangement / removal of existing furniture
• Delivery of staging rental materials
• Set up and placement of furniture and accessories
• Usually photo/video shooting is arranged 1-2 days after staging completion

Accessories Rental

May include: wall art, floral / greens, mirror, tabletop / countertop décor, dinnerware set, table lamps, floor lamps, rugs, bedding sets, towels, cushions, throws, etc.
